The Basics of Financing is a dynamic 2-hour course, created in partnership with Virginia Housing and Virginia REALTORS®. This course will walk you through the mortgage process, financing options, and programs for first-time and experienced buyers. Through real-world scenarios, you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to guide clients toward smart decisions on one of life’s biggest purchases. This self-paced course allows you to come back to it when you can and is approved for 2 hours real estate related CE.
Using engaging modules and real-world scenarios, Equality in Housing – A Guide to Fair Housing will teach you to identify protected classes, avoid discriminatory practices, and navigate complex issues like disparate impact, assistance animals, and buyer “love letters.” Whether you’re brushing up or learning for the first time, this on-demand training empowers you to reduce legal risk, serve diverse clients ethically, and build lasting trust and success in your real estate career. It’s also approved for 2 Hours Fair Housing and PL 2 Hours Fair Housing (ST).
