In 2025, we meaningfully expanded both the scale and scope of our education offerings. Across courses, workshops, and events, thousands of operators, investors, founders, and professionals engaged with Thesis Driven to sharpen their understanding of how real estate actually works — from capital raising and underwriting to AI, operations, and emerging asset classes.
Here’s a look back at what we built in 2025 — and what’s coming in 2026.
2025 by the Numbers
- We welcomed 370 students across 28 course cohorts, spanning real estate sales, capital raising, underwriting, development, and commercial real estate
- We hosted 50+ workshops and events, with 3,050+ total attendees, covering topics like OpCo / PropCo structures, AI in real estate, and raising capital from family offices
- We launched one brand new underwriting course, plus four new workshops focused on retail capital, new housing products, data centers, and real estate finance
- We created partnerships with Bisnow and Juniper Square, bringing hundreds of new participants into Thesis Driven programming via partners
- We introduced two live pitch nights, featuring 24 GP concepts sourced directly from our Fundamentals of Capital Raising course, and attended by 400+ investors
As we head into 2026, we’re excited to double down on what worked — while expanding into new audiences, additional geographies, and a wider range of asset classes.
